10 – Εποπτεία της Αγοράς
Ο περί της Τεχνητής Νοημοσύνης Νόμος του 2026
Κάθε Αρχή Εποπτείας της Αγοράς ασκεί τις εξουσίες και αρμοδιότητες που προβλέπονται στον παρόντα Νόμο, τον Κανονισμό, τον περί της Εποπτείας της Αγοράς Νόμο και τον Κανονισμό (ΕΕ) 2019/1020 για την εποπτεία της αγοράς με τρόπο ανεξάρτητο, αμερόληπτο και χωρίς διακρίσεις, λαμβάνοντας τα απαραίτητα μέτρα, ανάλογα με το βαθμό κινδύνου ή μη συμμόρφωσης.

Article 10 appropriately requires independent, impartial and risk-based supervision. However, AI risk is dynamic and may arise after deployment, including through material modification, retraining, integration or changed use.
Suggested to expressly recognise lifecycle surveillance and reassessment following material change, including where a compliant system subsequently presents risk. Require interventions to be evidence-based, necessary and proportionate, with reasons and procedural safeguards, while preserving immediate powers where serious risks to safety, fundamental rights or the public interest arise.
